For value for money, it doesn’t get much better than Globe Health Club. It’s hard to find an affordable Gold Coast Gym with classes, but that is exactly what we offer, eleven classes in fact, all at no additional price to your gym membership!

Globe Health Club offers a full range of Group Fitness Classes including high intensity sessions such as Zumba, Tabata and Fit Combat. If you are looking for something with less impact our Abs Butts Thighs, Yoga, Dancers Stretch or Pilates classes may be just what you are looking for!

Classes are suitable for all levels of fitness and are a great way to have fun and get into shape!

All of our classes are taken by fully qualified and experienced instructors who are passionate about our members and assisting them in reaching their fitness goals. So when it comes to an affordable gym with classes, why would you go anywhere else!

FITCOMBAT

Step into a FITCOMBAT workout and you’ll punch and kick your way to fitness, burning up to 740 calories along the way. This high-energy martial-arts inspired workout is totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master. Instructor will challenge you to up the intensity and motivate you to make the most of every round. You’ll release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ.

Zumba

Zumba Fitness is a Latin-inspired cardio-dance workout that uses music and choreographed steps to form a fitness party atmosphere. While many of the types of dance and music featured in the program are Latin American inspired, classes can also contain everything from jazz to African beats to country to hip-hop and pop.

TABATA

Each exercise in a given Tabata workout lasts only four minutes, but it’s likely to be one of the longest four minutes you’ve ever endured.

Tabata is great to get a quick workout in if you’re short on time, you need to switch up your routine, or you want improve endurance and speed. Incorporate this type of workout into your fitness routine and produce results.

YOGA

Yoga cultivates health and wellbeing (physical, emotional, mental and social) through the regular practice of a range of many different techniques, including postures and movement, breath awareness and breathing exercises, relaxation and concentration, self-inquiry and meditation.

Yoga is an approach to life that values appropriate effort, based on balance and harmony, within each person and with each other.

RESTORATIVE YOGA

Restorative yoga is an excellent opportunity to disconnect from the frenetic activity of daily life and let your speedometer return to 0 mph. It offers a welcome respite among all the turbulence of life and helps to prepare the mind and body for the inward stroke of meditation and deepened awareness. Moving slowly through the poses allows you to explore your mind and body at a steady and natural tempo.

DANCEFIT

DanceFIT mixes modern dance style moves with strength & cardio training. It will transform your body and carve it into the shape you strive for. Whether you are a pro, or a beginner just wanting to get fit, this class is for you!
