WOW! What a year 2016 has been for us already! It’s almost halfway through April and we’ve had so many changes already!
In the last months you may have noticed a couple of changes to equipment in the gym. Recently we have added:

- Tricep dip machine
- Bumper plates
- Kettle Bells
- Medicine Balls
- Olympic bars
