5:30 Fit Combat will become HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training): HIIT incorporates intense periods of work with short recovery segments, it will keep your body burning fat even after you leave the gym!

6:30 Zumba will become POWER: Power is a full-body strength and conditioning class that focuses on controlled movements that will tighten and tone your whole body!
